We have more than 20 years of embroidery experience. We help with logo sizing, placement and thread colors so your finished hats look clean and sharp. Upload a logo, or enter a name or text. Artwork help is free, and so are proof changes.

Order one hat or outfit your entire crew

There is no minimum quantity, so one personalized hat is a normal order for us. Small businesses, work crews, teams, events and organizations get lower per-item pricing as quantities grow. Embroidery setup is waived at six eligible items with shared artwork, separate from the per-item tiers.

Can I order just one embroidered hat?

Yes. There is no minimum quantity. Pick a hat, upload your logo or enter your text, and order one personalized hat or a full crew's worth.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Per-item pricing drops as quantities increase, and embroidery setup is waived when you order six or more eligible items with shared artwork. That setup waiver is separate from the per-item quantity tiers.

How much do custom embroidered hats cost?

Each hat card shows a bulk starting-from estimate. It is not an exact single-hat total. Open the hat, choose colors, quantity and embroidery options, and the configurator gives you the actual quote before you order.

How quickly can you embroider my hats?

Production starts after your proof is approved. Tell us your deadline when you order or call us, and we will tell you what is realistic for your hats, quantity and schedule. Production time and shipping transit are separate.

Do you offer same-day embroidery?

Sometimes. Same-day and rush work depends on confirmed hat stock, approved artwork and our shop schedule. Call us at 757-214-8404 before you order and we will confirm what we can do.

Can you ship my hats overnight?

Overnight and next-day shipping can be arranged once your hats are finished. Shipping transit is separate from production, and we confirm both against your deadline. Norfolk pickup is also available.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes. Upload your logo in the hat's ordering flow. Send the best version you have and we will help prepare it for embroidery at no charge.

Can I order a hat with a name or text?

Yes. Enter your name, monogram or any text instead of uploading a logo, and we will set it up for embroidery and include it in your proof.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We email a proof for your approval before we start, and proof changes are free.

What hat styles can I choose?

Our selection above includes the styles currently in our catalog, such as trucker hats, dad hats, snapbacks, fitted and stretch-fit caps, baseball caps, beanies and more, from brands such as Richardson, New Era, Nike, Port Authority and Sport-Tek where available.
