Can I order just one custom hoodie or sweatshirt?

Yes. There is no minimum quantity. Choose a style, add your logo or text, and order one piece or outfit your whole crew.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Per-item pricing drops as quantities grow, and the ordering page shows your pricing before you check out. Card prices are a bulk starting-from estimate, not a single-piece total.

Can I choose printing or embroidery?

Yes. Select your garment first, then choose printing for bold artwork, color and photos, or embroidery for a stitched logo or name. Not sure? Pick the help option and we will recommend one.

Can I upload my own logo, photo, or design?

Yes. Upload it in the ordering flow, or send artwork later. Artwork help is free and we check it before we prepare your proof.

Can I personalize a hoodie with a name or text?

Yes. Type the name or text you want instead of uploading a file, and it goes into your proof.

Can I order different sizes for my group?

Yes. Each product page lets you choose the sizes and quantities you need, within the size range shown on the card.

Do you offer zip-up hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts?

Yes. Use the style buttons above the products to switch between pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We email a proof for your approval before production starts, and proof changes are free.

How quickly can you complete my order?

Production begins after your proof is approved. Tell us your deadline when you order or call 757-214-8404, and we will tell you what is realistic. Production time and shipping transit are separate.

Do you offer same-day service or overnight shipping?
