Is there a minimum order for custom jackets?

No. There is no minimum on any apparel. Buy 1 or 500. Smaller orders have a higher per-item price, and the configurator shows your exact price as you change quantity.

What does the price on each card include?

It is the price for 1 item in the default colour and size with the default decoration at one location, calculated with our current pricing. A one-time setup charge, when it applies to uploaded artwork, is shown separately on the card and at checkout. Shipping and tax are added at checkout.

Do I see a proof before production?

Yes. We email a digital proof after you order. Production starts only after you approve it.

Can I get it fast?

Need it rush? We can get it to you in 1 to 2 days. Shipping options and timing are shown at checkout.

Where does the logo go on a jacket?

Left chest embroidery is standard. ANSI hi-vis jackets and vests default to a back print kept clear of reflective stripes.
