STORE POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Full payment is required before production begins on all custom orders.
  • Orders are not scheduled for production until payment has been received.
  • Rush orders may require additional fees.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Deposits, setup fees, artwork fees, and design fees are non-refundable.

ARTWORK, IMAGE QUALITY & SIZING DISCLAIMER

  • Customers are responsible for providing artwork, logos, and images in the highest quality available.
  • Print quality is directly affected by the quality and resolution of the artwork provided.
  • Design 4 You is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, compressed, or improperly formatted images supplied by the customer.
  • Image sizes may vary depending on the shape, proportions, aspect ratio, and quality of the artwork provided.
  • While we make every effort to match requested dimensions, certain designs may need to be adjusted to maintain proper proportions and print quality.
  • Images may be enlarged, reduced, cropped, or repositioned as necessary to achieve the best possible appearance on the final product.
  • Exact sizing and placement may vary slightly between proofs, garments, banners, signs, stickers, and other printed products.
  • Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may differ from the final printed product due to screen settings and printing processes.
  • Design 4 You reserves the right to adjust artwork size, placement, and proportions when necessary to accommodate production requirements, product dimensions, image resolution limitations, or to maintain the overall quality of the finished product.
  • By approving a proof, the customer acknowledges and accepts the final size, placement, and appearance of the artwork as shown in the approved proof.

ARTWORK & PROOF APPROVAL

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.
  • Once a proof is approved, Design 4 You is not responsible for spelling errors, grammar errors, incorrect dates, phone numbers, names, sizing, colors, or other information approved by the customer.
  • Any changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
  • Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to proceed with production.

TURNAROUND TIMES

  • Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
  • Production time begins after payment has been received and proofs have been approved.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather conditions, equipment failure, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
  • Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

  • Customer-supplied garments and products are decorated entirely at the customer's risk.
  • Design 4 You is not responsible for damage, discoloration, shrinkage, scorching, misprints, embroidery issues, manufacturing defects, or any other issues that may occur during the decorating process.
  • Design 4 You does not replace customer-provided merchandise.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for damaged customer-supplied items.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all custom sales are final.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once production has begun.
  • Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, stitching, cutting, finishing, and printing are normal and do not constitute defects.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct prior to approval.

ORDER PICKUP & STORAGE

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be discarded, donated, or resold without compensation or refund.
  • Design 4 You is not responsible for storing completed orders beyond 30 days.
  • Any storage beyond 30 days may be subject to storage fees at Design 4 You's discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Design 4 You is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Ownership and responsibility for the order transfer to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS

  • Because most products are custom-made, all custom sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund unless the error was caused by Design 4 You.
  • Any claim regarding defects, shortages, damages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • If a return is approved, the customer must return the entire order in its original condition before a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.
  • Returned merchandise must be shipped back at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error made by Design 4 You.
  • Partial returns will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by Design 4 You.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be processed until all returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
  • No refund, replacement, or credit will be issued until all items associated with the claim have been returned to Design 4 You and inspected.
  • Failure to return the complete order may result in denial of the claim.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Design 4 You.
  • Design 4 You reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

COLOR & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

  • Colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and finished printed products.
  • Garment dye lots, thread colors, inks, banners, signs, and other materials may vary slightly from previous orders.
  • Product substitutions of equal or greater quality may be made when inventory shortages occur.
  • Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Design 4 You's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
  • Design 4 You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees that Design 4 You's sole obligation, if any, is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at Design 4 You's discretion.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, artwork, photographs, or other protected content.
  • By submitting artwork, the customer represents that they have all necessary rights and permissions to reproduce the submitted content.
  • Design 4 You is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, submitting payment, approving artwork, or accepting delivery of products or services from Design 4 You, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
