What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a printing technique that pushes ink through a mesh stencil onto clothing. Each color in your design requires a different stencil (or screen) to be made. Even after the introduction of direct to garment, screen printing remains the best process for printing large quantity, high quality t-shirts.
Types of Screen print we offer
Spot Color Printing
This is the most common process in the industry, and something we call the screen printers best friend. This method uses the stock color of the ink without alterations by printing it through the stencil in wide open areas of the screen mesh. This will produce a very vibrant solid "spot" of color.
Four Color Process
This is probably the most complex of the printing processes but being the experts we are, it's not problem for us! This process breaks the image you want down into 4 different colors, but don't worry! The colors are combined during printing giving your image the full color it deserves!
Foil Printing
Foil screen printing is a very popular option to add shimmer to your apparel! It is applied to your garments by first printing your design with a special glue. We then adhere the foil to the glue with our heat press. Foil printed t-shirts can be bold, but if designed well, it can bring the art to life and make it really stand out!
